Treatments
Swedish Massage
Swedish can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. A full-body Swedish Massage uses long, sweeping strokes to warm, soften and relieve stress-related muscle tension that builds naturally over time and helps activate each client’s natural healing processes as well as restore their physical and emotional well-being. Swedish can be performed as light or firm as the client prefers.
Deep Tissue Massage
Body aches, unexplained muscle tension or pain and tightness are all common to an active person's daily life. A Deep Tissue Massage pinpoints deeper layers of muscle with slow, methodical pressures that relieve stress, detoxify and reset your natural skeletal structure. Noticeable results include improved performance, better sleep and quicker post-workout recovery.
Orthopedic Massage
An injury rehabilitation type of massage that focuses on the muscles and soft tissues surrounding joints. The goal with orthopedic massage is to restore balance to the affected area(s), improve range of motion (ROM) and relieve pain.
Full-Integrated Massage
The Cadillac of treatment offerings. Integrated Massage incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Passive Stretching and Body Mobilization Techniques (BMT) to produce a body euphoria that begs for more, a True Rest of Your Life.
